Terrylynn Bailleul

Owner/ Operator/ Caregiver & Caregivers Support

My name is Terrylynn, I am the main contact for "Lighthouse support services"

I am responsible for managing the day to day operations of our business. I have always been entrepreneurial. Running cleaning and animal businesses over the past twenty years. I also went to school for social work.  I was trained as a care aid (nurses assistant, personal care aid)  back in 2003. I have several years experience in this field as well as being my husbands care support for the past 10 years.

In addition; I love to cook, I am interested in foods and maintaining good health.  I am an avid writer I absolutely love public speaking, however I am quieter by nature.

I love to hike and explore the outdoors, I believe spending time outside in nature to be very healthy and emotionally healing. Where there is more peace and quiet away from noise and distractions.

Lindsay Malkinson

General Childcare/ Respite care -- Specialized in Respite for Autistic Children.

Hi, I am Lindsay Malkinson.

Working with all children is truly a passion of mine. I am a certified ECEA, I have my children's first aid as well as food safe and vulnerable sector check.

My specialty is supporting children and individuals with Autism. Which isn't just something I do. Its truly a part of who I am. I was diagnosed with Autism when I was 11 years old, so I understand first hand what it feels like to grow up feeling different, overwhelmed and sometimes misunderstood. Because of everything I walked through, I show up with real empathy, patience and compassion. As a respite worker and autism support worker, I do my best to create a safe, calm, predictable space where children feel seen, supported and accepted exactly as they are. I lead with kindness, clear communication, and gentle structure - the same things that helped me when I was younger.

What I bring

  • A lived Autism Perspective

  • Strong Empathy and Patience

  • Experience with Autism, anxiety and sensory needs

  • A calm, steady, consistent approach

  • Genuine care for every child and family I support

My Beliefs

  • Every child deserves to feel understood.

  • Every Behavior means something.

  • Every Family Deserves support they can rely on.
