Our Services are individualized to suit yours and your families needs, lighten the loads and fill in the gaps.
Our employees each have their First Aid and CPR, a vulnerable sector check, clean drivers abstract, and food safe.
Some of our employees depending on the job will have their care aid or ECE certificates or equivalent qualifications and experience.
Our Rates are typically in the range of $38 to $44/ hour (can be more when catering to multiple children/ clients) Can also be less for some requests.
For our respite services it is often priced on a case by case basis as hourly rates for these requests dont typically make sense.
Respite Services
We come with many years experience. We are compassionate and understanding. Our goal is to relieve the pressure and reduce yours and your families stress load.
Respite with either a certified care aid or someone from our team with equivalent and relevant experience.
We come for a minimum of 3 hours to several days. We do offer 24/7 care in clients homes so that you and your loved ones can stay at home.
Our services are offered to many parts of the Okanagan. If we are traveling outside of our regular areas then we will come for a minimum of 6 to 8 hrs (location dependent).
Our services are offered within client homes.
Rates on a case by case basis.
Companionship
We offer companionship within the home and on general outings. We can help with errands or accompany to events. Whatever is needed, please contact us to discuss.
Emergency childcare, Vacation Childcare (EX. Ski hills) & Relief from parental burnout
We offer childcare from a qualified adult up to 4 children/ 1 adult. To give parents some respite and peace of mind as they meet their own needs so that they can be better equipped to meet the needs of their children.
After School Care and Youth Group
Ages 8 to 12 and 13 to 16
We have TWO NEW PROGRAMS!
After School Program for ages 8 to 12 and a Youth group for 13 to 16.
We will be incorporating hiking and other outdoor activities. We will also have other extra curricular activities in and outdoors.

Writting
We will aim to create a mix of outside, decompressing activities and a rotation of indoor activities to keep the children engaged.
Home Care Services 18+
We offer home care services for all ages.
Daily packages for the VERNON area.
From 30minute visits twice per day @ $50/day
Or 1 hr visits twice per day @ $65/day
Medication assistance and reminders, well being checks, meal prep, light house work.
Outside of Vernon and Greater Vernon. Price will vary according to location and available employees. As our services continue to expand our daily packages will expand as well.
Caregiver Supports
This service is designed to support you in the ways you need. Walk & listen, visiting a coffee shop, helping with your to do list, just being there, or something else that we are able to do. What might be support for one caregiver, might not apply or be relevant for another. We will strive to meet your needs adding water to your cup and filling in your gaps. This service is priced based on needs and requests... Often overlaps with other services. Message to discuss.
For New and Returning College and University Students
Support workers available for College and University Students. Out of town? Out of Country? or just need some extra support while growing up. Our Support services are available to anyone who needs them... Some examples: Autism, ADHD, OCD, Dyslexia, Errands, organization, Someone to call on, Anxiety and other Mental Health supports.
Childcare for children with complex needs
We are set up to offer respite for parents with children with greater needs.
Life experience and training sets us up for specializing in complex care for children.
However there will be times where our experience and qualifications might not be enough.
In home private exercises
Jeremy is a certified personal trainer specialist and PWR! Moves instructor. He offers seated or standing exercises.
Offered privately in your home. Excellent for those with limited mobility. Contact for prices

General House Help and Errand Services
General help around the house as well as errand services.
We are not a cleaning business, however we will help with some house cleaning, de cluttering and organizing.
We have been asked a few times to help or do the de cluttering and organizing and purging for an estate.
