Our Services
​Companionship
Companionship 18+ For those with disabilities and chronic illnesses. In or outside of the home. We can fit light foldable wheelchairs or walkers in our vehicles.
Caregiver Supports
This takes on many different forms. This service is designed to support you in the ways you need. walk & listen, visiting a coffee shop, helping with your to do list, or something else that we are able to do. What might be support for one caregiver, might not apply or be relevant for another.
House help --
light yard work
House cleaning, dishes, laundry, bed changes, help with your to do list, light yard work, organizing, de-cluttering, meal prep (lifestyle, diets, meal planning, grocery shopping, fresh or frozen)
Childcare for emergencies & relief from parental burnout
Four children per adult.
Primarily offering basic childcare. We are able to offer some childcare to children with greater needs on a case by case basis. We are working towards offering more in this area.

Compasionate Taxi
and Errands
We can run your errands for you, or run your errands with you.
We also offer a taxi service. We are able to fit fold able walkers or light fold able wheelchairs.
Base rate is $35 rates go up over 20KM of your home.

In your home private exercises
Jeremy is a certified personal trainer and PWR! Moves instructor. He can offer seated or standing exercises. These are offered privatly in your home. Excellent for those with limited mobility.

Our employees each have their First Aid and CPR, a vulnerable sector check, clean drivers abstract, and food safe.
Some of our employees depending on the job will have their care aid or ECE certificates or equivalent qualifications and experience.
